TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES: Para comprar cualquiera de nuestros artículos hay dos formas de hacerlo.
A.- Depositar $5.000 para encargar:

AVISO QUE LA CUENTA QUE PETALOS Y PISTILOS USA ES UNA CUENTA RUT PERTENECIENTE A MI MADRE QUE TIENE 82 AÑOS DE EDAD, ASI QUE RUEGO Y EXIJO TODO EL RESPETO QUE ELLA SE MERECE Y NO ACEPTARE QUE LA MOLESTEN BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA YA QUE ELLA NO ESTA RELACIONADA CON ESTE NEGOCIO.
El saldo restante se puede ir abonando en el momento que el cliente pueda. Los montos de los abonos también están sujetos a criterio del cliente.
Para esto hay un plazo máximo de 1 año. En ese período el artículo debe haver sido pagado en su totalidad.
Si esto no ocurre, el artículo se pone a la venta y el cliente inicial pierde sus depósitos.
El artículo se entrega una vez se complete el monto total.

Los artículos son enviados via USPS (Correos de Estados Unidos) y en tiempos normales (Febrero a Octubre) demora aproximadamente 35 a 45 días en llegar a Chile.
En tiempos de mayor congestión por las fiestas de fin de año (Noviembre a Enero) la demora puede prolongarse hasta 60 días o mas.
DESPACHO:Todos los artículos enviados desde USA llegan a la ciudad de Santigo desde donde son distribuídos a los clientes vía TUR BUS POR PAGAR o Chilexpress PREPAGADO después de una cotizción online, si es que el cliente vive fuera de Santiago.
Si el cliente vive en Santiago o alrededores, pueden coordinar entrega directa con nuestra representante en esa ciudad.
DEVOLUCIONES:
DERECHO DE RETRACTO:el usuario o consumidor NO PODRA RETRACTARSE DEL CONTRATO CELEBRADO. Una vez entregado el abono inicial, éste no será devuelto bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Trabajamos conjuntamente con el cliente en las tallas y medidas de los artículos para asegurar que reciba la talla adecuada. Si por alguna razón existen problemas, el cliente puede calificar para devolución si cumple con los siguientes requisitos:
El artículo debe ser devuelto a Santiago en un plazo no mayor a 10 días. El costo del envío recae en el cliente.
El artículo no debe presentar señales de haber sido usado.
Si todo está conforme, se pocederá a la devolución del dinero en un plazo no mayor a 10 días después de recibir el artículo en Santiago.
